The United Airlines MileagePlus Digital Qualification Kit (DQK) is the go-to site for 80 million MileagePlus loyalty members to check on their progress toward earning one of the five levels of status: Premier Silver, Premier Gold, Premier Platinum, Premier 1K and Global Services. The site provides personalized membership content containing account activity, tier benefits, future flights, and targeted advertisements and promotions.

PREMIER SILVER RECOGNITION TRIGGERS

Working closely with our internal development team, I designed trigger alert messaging across 3 touchpoints for Premier Silver members, driving them to their Premier Status Tracker. The alerts were created to replace the physical print kit Premier Silver members received.
